Learn basic counselling skills to help support your family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones through this hands-on workshop.

Basic Counselling Workshop (1 day)

Get a group (min 4 person to max 12 person) to learn hands-on basic counselling skills. This interactive workshop is ideal for those who wish to effectively support people who are facing distress. This is particularly suited for those with little or no prior background in counselling. After the workshop, you will gain useful skills that you can use in relationships, be it at home or at work.

Help your teenagers navigate the challenges of puberty through this interactive workshop.

Puberty Pathfinder for Teenagers

Conducted either in a group for either boys or girls, or in a mixed group (min 4 person to max 12 person), help your teenagers to:

  • Learn about the cognitive, emotional, social, interactive, and physical development during puberty.

  • Be equipped with the skills necessary to navigate the tricky growing up years with ease.

  • Transit to adulthood safely.

  • Have open conversations on their changing bodies, emotions, and the changes that boys and girls go through.

  • Develop body positivity and gender sensitivity.

  • Take responsibility for their own health and well-being.

  • Understand the importance of consent and bystander intervention.
